Razor sharp Damascus steel consisting of 1095 & 15N20, hand forged to withstand chopping, paring and sharp enough for the most delicate tasks.

Blade Finish Options:

-hand polish to 1200 grit

*Knives should be cleaned and washed by hand only.

*After washing, dry knife and use food-grade mineral oil for blade care.
