BladesWork Unlimited Sponsors Silent Auction Benefitting Special Operations Warrior Foundation 2021

BladesWork Unlimited is proud to announce their partnership and sponsorship of a 3GIMBALS silent auction to benefit the Special Operations Warrior Foundation in Tampa, Florida!

The annual Special Operations Forces Industry Conference may be virtual this year, but there are no shortage of in-person events surrounding the get together of some of the most influential members of the US Special Operations community.

SOF and the community has a special place in the heart of the BladesWork Unlimited team, and we are excited to team up with 3GIMBALS to provide the centerpiece for their silent auction; a beautiful Scottish-style war knife, Sgain Dubh, from Thomas Cannon at Blue Ridge Blades!

All proceeds from the silent auction sale of the knife will go directly to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation and will be matched to the dollar by 3GIMBALS. The silent auction will be held in Tampa, Florida on 18 May at Jackson’s Bistro during their ‘Hard Problems’ round-robin discussion and networking event. Special Operations Warrior Foundation:

The SOWF’s enduring promise to America’s Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps Special Operations personnel is to:

 (1) Ensure full financial assistance for post-secondary education from an accredited two or four-year college, university, technical or trade school, as well as educational counseling, preschool grants, private tutoring, college planning and career transition programs to the surviving children of Special Operations personnel who lose their lives in the line-of-duty and the children of all Medal of Honor recipients.

(2) Provide immediate financial grants to severely wounded, ill, and injured  SOF personnel who require hospitalization.

Bo is the co-founder and Vice-President of Bladeswork.com. Most importantly, he is head of cutting things at BWU. Besides that, he does hunt, fish, watch Bruce lee movies, and a number of other activities that require large amounts of blade usage.
